The Deputy Regional Director of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Ms. Young Hong Won, visited Mauritius from 20th to 24th April 2026. On this occasion, she requested for a courtesy call to discuss strengthening UNFPA’s engagement with national stakeholders and exploring opportunities for partnership with the National Assembly regarding population dynamics and gender equality.

The courtesy call was scheduled for Wednesday, 22 April 2026, at 10:30 hrs at the Office of the Speaker.

The delegation comprised of:
