Denotes that the Act will come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation



** Denotes that :


(a) – Section 4, 5(a)  to (e) and (g) to (o) of the said Act shall come into operation on 1 September 2018



(b) – Sections 8, 17(b),20,23(m),(n), (o) (i) and (p), 47, 48 and 51 of the said Act shall come into operation on 1 October 2018.


– Section 21 (c) and 32(b),(i) and (x) to (z) shall come into operation on 30 November 2018.

(b) – Section 11  shall come into operation on 03 January 2019.
